I Made My First Beret

So a few days ago I took out my crocheting and one of my friends asked me to make her a baret and so I said sure. I have never made one before so I decided to make a sample one first and it actually turned out pretty good for never having made one before.

Long time

Decided that I will try and begin posting again, not everyday but at least once a week or so.

Jer inspired me to take some texture shots which was a lot of fun. The only problem is I don't have a macro lens, so it made it difficult to get clear shots. I am starting to think that the next lens I get is a macro lens, but I am not sure and will have to think about practicality of what lens will get the most use.

Today was quite the exciting day. I actually went out for a bit with my mom to get manicures and pedicures because my mom had an interview this afternoon. While we were out doing that, Jer had an interview of his own. He forgot he had nice black shoes so he ended wearing these old, dirty, tan canvas shoes.

Today hasn't been the best day between finding ants in my room to being beyond exhausted and not feeling well. I am ready to put this stupid kidney infection completely in the past.

Back To Regular Posting

Last Thursday night I ended up in the ER with a serious kidney infection with a 104 degree fever. It took a lot out of me and now I am doing better and will be posting everyday again.

Today Jer and I went over to our sister Jaime's house to take care of her cat Jack because she and her husband Adam, are at Disney-Land. So we got to her house fed him and cleaned out his litter and attempted (keyword attempted) to play with him but he didn't want to play. So after trying to play with him, Jer and I watched Ace Ventura. We then went on to get free Rubios. All in all it was a pretty good first day out and about.

Dog Photography

So I was awoken by my friend Jess this morning saying that her boss (she works at a dog grooming store) wanted me to come in and take photos of some dogs. You have to understand that I have this huge fear of dogs but its a job so of course I did it. It was only for about two hours but I got a couple of decent photos.

New Phone

Yesterday I was hanging out at my boyfriends house and he was looking at his old phones that were At&t phones and he gave me his old lg shine which is a nice upgrade from my $25 go-phone :)

ATTACK OF THE KITTEN!

The beginning

A few weeks ago when I was talking with my older brother, he brought up his blog he was starting where he was going to try and post a sketch a day. It made me start thinking about doing the same thing except with photography and so because its his birthday I am starting this blog today. I am going to strive to take a photo every day to watch how my photography improves.
